OBITUARY
Elmer passed away on December 06, 2025 at the Forest City Nursing Home, Forest City, PA.
He was born in Scranton, PA, May 21,1949 and he lived most of his life in Northeastern PA. Elmer obtained several advanced degrees and taught at several colleges in his career. His parents Elmer Jr. and Madeline preceded him in death. Surviving is a brother Barry Chase of Savannah, Ga.
Cremation and private burial will be in Fairview Memorial Park – Elmhurst Twp., PA. Thank you to the Forest City Nursing Home staff and Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home for their services.
