Annual event to be held at Four Corners
DELMAR — The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce will host its annual family-friendly First Night celebration to ring in the New Year on Dec. 31.
The community tradition, which draws an estimated 3,000 residents and visitors, will take place at the Four Corners in Delmar from 5 to 7 p.m.
“First Night is a celebration of community spirit, local pride and togetherness,” said Teri Olsen-Spina, BCC president. “It’s a wonderful way for families, friends and neighbors to gather and celebrate.”
The event will feature a variety of entertainment, food and activities, culminating in a fireworks display.
Event highlights will include:
Fireworks at 6:45 p.m.
Ice sculpture sponsored by Sunmark Credit Union
Music by DJ Nate Derucher
Family games and crafts
Food available from the At First Bite food truck and Mr. Hooper’s famous hot chocolate
To safely accommodate the event, Delaware Avenue between Adams Street and Kenwood Avenue will close at 4:30 p.m. Organizers encourage all guests to dress warmly.
The 2025-2026 celebration is organized by the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce with support from the town of Bethlehem, Bethlehem Public Library, Delmar Reformed Church and other local groups.
