St. Henry Church will host its annual A Walk Through Bethlehem from 3:30-6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14, in the Fellowship Hall and Narthex of the church. All are invited.Â
“Beginning outside the Fellowship Hall, this captivating event recreates Bethlehem during the time of Jesus’ birth, featuring live animals, a census taker, and Roman soldiers,” according to event materials. “Visitors can sample food at the Bethlehem Inn, watch pottery being made, and enjoy children’s activities. The experience culminates at a live Nativity scene with a choir singing in the Narthex.”Â
While the event is free, attendees are encouraged to donate any new or gently used coats and jackets of all sizes and weights of outwear. Donated coats will be given to Room In The Inn, the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and other organizations.”Â
