Syracuse, N.Y. — The winter storm this week was a classic lake effect one that dumped the most snow east of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.

Who got the most snow?

The National Weather Service on Friday reported the totals for 101 communities in Upstate New York. Here’s a look at who got the most:

Upstate New York: Kennedy (Chautauqua County), 20.5 inchesCentral New York/North Country: Highmarket (Lewis County), 17.4 inchesOnondaga County: Euclid/Clay, 8.2 inches.
