Clarks Green office building sold for $1.3M

A Clarks Green building housing multiple tenants, including a child care center, has changed ownership.

Mantiss Realty LLC, whose office is located in the borough, sold the Clarks Green Office Center at 102 N. Abington Road to 927 Summit Realty LLC of South Abington Twp. for $1.3 million, according to a deed filed with Lackawanna County.

The building is home to an office and imaging center for Scranton Heart Institute and the Abington Kids Creative Learning Center facility for school-age children.

Mantiss Realty had owned the 12,000-square-foot property since 2004, according to county records.

A real estate listing for the building, which occupies less than an acre of land, states it has eight professional and medical suites and a parking lot for 32 vehicles. It also stated it has two available spaces that can be leased.
