Affordable Pennsylvania and Action Together NEPA delivered a petition Monday to U.S. Rep. Rob Bresnahan’s office demanding he help restore funding to Medicaid and SNAP. Some of the protesters dressed as the Grinch. Bresnahan, a Republican from Dallas Twp., represents the 8th Congressional District, which includes all of Lackawanna, Pike and Wayne counties and parts of Luzerne and Monroe counties.
