A family owned construction firm dating back nearly 80 years found a new home.
After spending five decades in West Scranton, L.R. Costanzo Co. Inc. established a new corporate headquarters at 330 Montage Mountain Road in Moosic, officials said.

Designed to support the company’s continued growth, the facility boasts private offices, meeting spaces, a modern longue, an outdoor deck with Wi-Fi, and a walking trail, all geared toward enhancing productivity, comfort, and team connection, officials added. Additionally, L.R. Costanzo officials noted several meeting spaces feature advanced technology, including automated camera systems and integrated audio-visual solutions, enabling seamless communication across teams and project sites.

The company — headquartered in Northeast Pennsylvania — provides new construction and renovation services to commercial, institutional, and industrial and throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, officials said.
