A Pittsburgh-born candy store announced it has expanded, opening up store No. 21 in central Pennsylvania. RELATED: Candy shop claims responsibility for placing thousands of rubber ducks in Canonsburg Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop said in a post on Facebook that on Friday, it opened up another location in downtown York, Pennsylvania, saying the store is “bursting” with everything you could expect from them: nostalgic candy, international snacks, bulk favorites, toys and games, more than 350 varieties of glass-bottled soda, hand-scooped ice cream, floats, milkshakes, and the store’s World Famous $5 Candy Buffet.”Each new store is a reminder of the vision, leadership, and hard work of our team and the support of communities who welcome us with open arms,” the post said. “York is vibrant, historic, and full of heart, and we’re honored to join it!
