SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man was arrested after police say he “jabbed” at a constable while being evicted from his apartment.
According to the Scranton Police Department, a tenant at Adams High Rise in Scranton was being evicted, and when the constable showed up, the man “jabbed him” with a “small knife.”
An officer stated the man barricaded himself in his apartment; however, police were able to get him to throw his knife down and come out.

The man was arrested, and the constable had small cuts on his hands, according to police. The man’s identity has not been released.
