ELKTON, Md. (WBFF) — A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for sexual exploitation of a child.

David Fulton, 32, of York, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to prison time, followed by 20 years of supervised release for one count of exploitation of a child. Fulton must also register as a sex offender for life.

He previously had pleaded guilty to the charge.

According to that plea, during Memorial Day Weekend in 2024, Fulton traveled with friends and family to Great Wolf Lodge in Elkton, Maryland.

While a 7-year-old victim was asleep, Fulton used his iPhone to take an image of her genitals.

A few days later, when law enforcement searched Fulton’s home, they seized several devices, and found the image Fulton had taken, along with several images of commercially available child sex abuse material.
