Philadelphia man arrested for fatal pedestrian hit-and-run in Allentown, Pennsylvania

U.S. Marshals have arrested a Philadelphia man accused of a deadly hit-and-run accident in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Troy Johnson, 30, was taken into custody on Wednesday on the 5400 block of Norfolk Street in the city’s Cobbs Creek section.

Johnson is accused of intentionally running over 29-year-old Rigoberto Hernandez after a verbal altercation on November 21.

Hernandez later died at the hospital from his injuries.

Johnson is facing 3rd degree murder charges.
