A tow truck arrives at 2116 Pittston Ave. in Scranton on Wednesday afternoon to remove a van that hit two parked vehicles on the hilly street. Scranton police Sgt. John Megivern said the driver apparently suffered a medical episode; there was no word on the driver’s condition. The crash occurred shortly after 3 p.m.
