This is one of the busiest times of the year at Lynn Sandy’s Bakery in Scranton. The bake shop is expected to sell more than 2,000 pounds of cookies next week alone!
Bakers are working extra hours to pump out cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. The bakery’s manager says it’s even busier because orders are up from last year.
