Harassment
State police at Troop A, Indiana, said troopers filed harassment charges against Norman Thomas Good, 51, of Black Lick, after an incident Nov. 15 where a victim was subjected to unwanted physical contact at an address along Robinson Street.
Blairsville Magisterial District Judge Robert Steele Bell Sr. is awaiting a plea in the case.
