PAUPACK TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Wayne County Coroner’s office has identified a passenger who died early Sunday morning in a Paupack Township crash.
Kevin Dexter Laborde, 49, of Scranton, was pronounced dead at the scene around 4:55 a.m. off of Finn Swamp Road, between Pfeiffer Road and Goose Pond Road, according to a release from the coroner.

The coroner’s office reported Laborde was a passenger in the rear seat of a sedan that struck several trees upon exiting the roadway, whereupon he was ejected from the vehicle.
The crash is currently under investigation by PSP, and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
