Traffic is backed up on the Pennsylvania Turnpike eastbound after a major accident near the Bensalem exit.
Three people were taken to the hospital, officials said, including at least one person who was extricated from a white van.
Emergency crews were on the scene of the crash between the Willow Grove and Bensalem exits, which involved at least three vehicles.
All eastbound lanes were shut down, but some traffic appears to be getting by.
Chopper 3 was over the scene.
