Pennsylvania State Police in Erie responded around 9 p.m. Saturday to a report of a naked man walking through the Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
Troopers spoke with witnesses who said they saw the man completely unclothed inside the hotel. When officers made contact, the individual was found to be naked and heavily intoxicated.
He was taken into custody without incident and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Drunkenness, both misdemeanors. Charges were filed through MDJ McGowan, and the case remains pending court proceedings.
