A massive and fatal explosion leveled part of a nursing home in eastern Pennsylvania, leaving at least two people killed, another 20 taken to the hospital and five people still unaccounted for. While an investigation is still underway, the area’s utility company says its teams “responded to reports of a gas odor” when the explosion occurred at the facility.
