A 78-year-old Walnutport man died Thursday after his vehicle struck a utility pole in Washington Township.
Gregg Henritzy was driving in the area of Route 873 and Venture Court when his vehicle collided with a utility pole at approximately 1:14 p.m. on Christmas Day.
Henritzy was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, where he was pronounced dead at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
The incident was a single-car accident, according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.
