The Scranton Chapter of UNICO National, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, conducted its annual Awards and Scholarship Dinner recently at Fiorelli’s in Peckville. The event celebrated outstanding young people who received the Brian Piccolo Award and Platinum Scholarships, the Captain James R. Minicozzi Memorial Scholarship, and UNICO National Scholarships. Mike Rescigno received the Al Dante Memorial Distinguished Service Award, and Mike Linko, chapter president, was honored for his first term.
