Jordan Kurisko
OBITUARY
Jordan Kurisko, 25, of Scranton, passed away on December 22, 2025. Born on July 10, 2000, he unexpectedly succumbed while paramedics were transporting him to the ambulance.
He was the son of mother Wendy Cobb Kurisko and father Joseph Andrew Kurisko, and grandson of Barbara Walter.
He is survived by his nine brothers: James, Justin, Joey, Josh, Jeremy, Jake, Jared, Jayden, and Jayson.
Jordan was a passionate, loving, caring individual who touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing him. A true warrior, he had been fighting cellulitis – a skin infection – for years; however, that didn’t stop him. Jordan loved spending time with his family, whether playing games or watching TV. He held a deep affection for his mother; Wendy Cobb Kuriskohe would call her every morning to see what she was doing. Jordan was always there for someone when they needed him; if he couldnt help directly, he would do whatever he could to assist. Jordan will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love he gave so freely and the light he brought to the lives around him.
