READING, Pa. – The Reading Royals will take the ice in Reading for a New Year’s Eve showdown, now that the league-wide players’ strike is over.
On Saturday, the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association struck a tentative deal. That deal still needs to be ratified and approved.
The Royals say this means the New Year’s Eve Pajama Party home game on Wednesday at 4 p.m. will be held as scheduled.
