Boilo Bash at Anthracite Heritage Museum in Scranton takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 5:00 PM, celebrating the Coal Region’s signature holiday drink with a lively cocktail-style party. Guests can sample boilo, a unique blend of citrus, honey, spices, whiskey, and other ingredients, while enjoying live music, hors d’oeuvres, basket raffles, and a cash bar.
Space is limited, and attendees are encouraged to secure tickets in advance to guarantee a spot at this festive evening. Whether you are new to boilo or grew up with it, the event offers a warm, social way to experience a beloved regional tradition.
Home boilo makers are invited to enter the boilo competition and see how their recipe stacks up against others in the Valley. Traditional mixes and creative twists are both welcome, with entries due by November 29.
Tickets are $20 for general admission and $10 for designated drivers, making it easy for everyone to join the celebration responsibly.
