Investigators stated they learned Hernandez and her boyfriend, 18-year-old Joseph Garcia, were involved in an argument when he got into his vehicle, and Hernandez followed.
Garcia told Scranton Police that he drove off and found Hernandez hanging on the car’s door, and when he went to stop the car, he hit another vehicle, as stated in the release. Officers said after stopping, Garcia saw Hernandez on the ground.
