SALISBURY TWP., Pa. – We’re ringing in the new year with sips that sparkle!

Eve Russo was in the kitchen Wednesday morning with Beth van Horn — owner of Hausbar — to show us some simple cocktails and mocktails that will wow your guests.

She said she started Hausbar because she had an interest in the hospitality industry and saw a need for a bar service for private events.

Van Horn made an espresso martini, using ingredients such as vodka and vanilla bean syrup.

She also made the French 75 cocktail, using ingredients such as gin, honey, and lemon.
