ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown Mayor Matt Tuerk gave us an update on “Lights in the Parkway” following a major vandalism incident last month.

He said it will return for the 2026 holiday season.

Authorities say a few weeks ago, crews found broken bulbs, bent poles, and ruined displays totaling more than 100,000 dollars in damage.

It forced the attraction to close for one night.

The mayor says the Lehigh County District Attorney’s office is investigating the vandalism incident and it will release more details when charges are formally filed.
