Some SEPTA riders will notice service changes for the next several months due to planned construction.
Weekdays beginning Monday, January 5, 2026, through Friday, April 3, 2026, buses will replace midday trains between the Fox Chase and Wayne Junction stations.
According to the transit agency, crews will install new track along the Fox Chase Line to provide a smoother ride for customers.
On weekdays from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., the transit agency said bus service will be provided at Fox Chase, Ryers, Cheltenham, Lawndale, and Olney stations, with a train connection at Wayne Junction Station.
Train service will operate between Wayne Junction and Center City.
For specific bus and train times, riders are encouraged to check the Fox Chase Line schedule. More information is also available at septa.org/news/fox-chase-shuttle-bus.
