BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Meet Chad.

Chad is a beautiful 1-year-old retriever/labrador mix.

He arrived at the Women’s Animal Center very withdrawn and with a severe eye injury.

The center’s experienced veterinary team removed the eye, and the shelter staff quickly worked with Chad to build trust. Once Chad realized he was safe again, this sweet pup’s playful personality emerged.

At first meet, Chad will be shy and will benefit from someone who can remain calm, patient, and work with him to build his confidence.

This handsome pup thrives on reassurance and has so much love to give to his new adopted family. Chad is open to meeting children over the age of 12 and resident pets.

Chad is available for adoption at Women’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, Pa. (PA Kennel License # 1516) 215.750.5252. Visit the Center’s website to view the shelter pets available for adoption or to make a donation: www.womensanimalcenter.org.
