A maker of HVAC and furnace air filters has opened a new manufacturing and distribution center in Bethlehem Township, marking its third facility and second expansion in 2025.
Filter King’s 61,600-square-foot operation at 2701 Baglyos Circle will create up to 120 jobs in the Lehigh Valley while strengthening the company’s ability to serve northeast markets, according to a news release.
The facility joins Filter King’s headquarters in Miami, Florida, and its second location in Las Vegas, Nevada, which opened in February.
With the Bethlehem Township addition, the company now operates 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space across three states and employs more than 125 people nationwide, according to the news release issued Tuesday, July 8.
“Our goal is to reach the entire continental U.S. with next-day delivery,” said Rick Hoskins, founder and CEO of Filter King. “With the addition of the Pennsylvania facility, we are well on our way to achieving this goal.”
The Bethlehem Township location was chosen for its proximity to Philadelphia and New York City. The site places Filter King within a seven-hour drive of 40% of the U.S. population.
The expansion comes amid what the company describes as “unprecedented growth” in its direct-to-consumer sales.
“In the second quarter of 2025, we produced and shipped more filters than in any single quarter in our nine-year history,” Hoskins said.
Local economic development officials welcomed the investment.
“Filter King’s investment in the Lehigh Valley continues the region’s growth as a center of diverse and innovative manufacturing,” said Don Cunningham, president and CEO of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation.
Filter King specializes in high-quality HVAC and furnace air filters for residential, commercial and industrial applications. The family-owned business manufactures UL-certified filters and distributes them through direct-to-consumer platforms and commercial channels serving property management firms, hospitals, schools and government facilities.
