A 79-year-old driver was hurt when she lost control of her vehicle and went down an embankment in Salisbury Township, police said.
Township Police Sgt. Bryan Losagio said the accident happened shortly before 4 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of East Rock Road.
The driver drove off a private driveway, traveled down the embankment and crashed into a wooded area about 50 yards from her home, Losagio said.
She was injured and taken to an area hospital for treatment. Losagio said her injuries appeared minor.
There were no other reported injuries. No charges were filed in the case.
