READING, Pa. – Reading native Jazsmine Koonhow stayed at the Opportunity House shelter in Berks County when she was just a kid – and every year she gives back in a big way.

She says she knows what it’s like to experience homelessness and this is how she’s paying it forward.

This year, she brought another truckload of presents – about 1500 gifts – for children there.

This is her 4th year of celebrating the holidays at Opportunity House. Jazsmine says she hopes this is a reminder for those who have lost their way, that there are good people out there and to never give up, no matter what.
