Tired Hands Brewing
Tired Hands Fermentaria & General Store in Ardmore is launching a new Dry January initiative, which includes a healthy menu of eats. Bites span a winter grain salad, Â minced shrimp or chicken lettuce wraps, a fried tofu bowl, tofu buffalo wings and chickpea protein pasta. In addition, the restaurant is also debuting several non-alcoholic drink options and mocktails, as well as a collaboration with Wallace Dry Goods.
Options include the Ginger Chamomile Fizz (made with lavender chamomile, The Pathfinder, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, a splash of ginger beer and a mint garnish) and the brand’s first-ever non-alcoholic beer. The beer is a result of over a year of development, with oats, experimental yeast, and the same hop bill as Tired Hand’s Alien Church brew. The spirit-free sipper will be $2 a can in-house for the whole month of January.
