Members of Scranton Tomorrow recently honored downtown business owners for their creative floral displays at the Flower Power Happy Hour at the Everhart Museum. During a recent First Friday, Scranton Tomorrow hosted the third annual Downtown Scranton Business Class Floral Competition in partnership with the Electric City Flower Show. This fun competition celebrated art, community and flowers as small-business owners decorated their storefronts with custom floral container displays. Community members voted online for their favorite arrangements to select the winners. Tachi Hill won first place, Pizza by Pappas earned second place and Scranton Art Haus received third place. The competition was part of Scranton City Pride.
