Janice E. (Yoder) Miller

OBITUARY

Janice E. (Yoder) Miller, 86, of Denver, passed away Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 at Ephrata Manor. She was the wife of the late F. John “Flip” Miller, who passed away Jan. 25, 2023.

Janice, a daughter of the late William A. and Wanda I. (Gallantine) Yoder, was born in Pittsburgh. She is survived by a son, Steve J. Miller, husband of Kris; a daughter, Elaine R., wife of Robin Wise; Stephanie, Sean, Megan, Sara, and Dana; and five great grandchildren, Ellie, Tucker, Koal, Jase, and Ember.

She was an active member of Mohn’s Hill E.C. Church for over 60 years, where her lemon meringue pies drew a high dollar at the church auctions.

Janice’s primary role was a homemaker as a wife and mother. Throughout her life, she worked various jobs, including the Reading Hospital as a seamstress; and in the cafeteria in the Cocalico School District. Her biggest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She was always ready to give advice with an article she clipped from the newspaper.

Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, Jan. 10th, at Mohn’s Hill E.C. Church, 708 Mohn’s Hill Road, Sinking Spring. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 AM, Saturday, Saturday, at the church.
