A 26-year-old man from Burlington County has been arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material, prosecutors said on Wednesday.
According to the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, Christian Lutz, of Riverton, “exchanged videos with others that showed toddlers and prepubescent children engaged in sexual acts with adult males.”

Law enforcement were first tipped off to Lutz by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, a child protection organization, prosecutors said.
In addition to placing Lutz under arrest, law enforcement also seized multiple cell phones from Lutz’s home while executing a search warrant, prosecutors said.
Lutz remains in custody at Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly, where he awaits his first court appearance, prosecutors said.
