TEANECK, N.J – A New Jersey man is facing charges after he allegedly threw a rock at a school bus window and seriously injured a child.

It happened as the bus was taking students back to a Jewish school on Wednesday.

School officials say an 8-year-old child suffered a skull fracture and will need surgery.

Police located the 40-year-old suspect and say he is linked to other rock throwing incidents.

He faces multiple charges including aggravated assault.
