A wounded Niagara Falls resident was able to drive to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center early Monday morning after the car they were traveling in on the I-190 in Erie County was shot at by occupants of another car.

The 32-year-old Falls resident told New York State Police investigators  they were driving north on the I-190 between the Ontario Street exit (14) and Sheridan Drive exit (15) about 12:30 a.m. when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up alongside their vehicle and an occupant shot several rounds into the vehicle, hitting the victim.
