Pittsburgh police and Pennsylvania state police on scene of incident in city’s Bluff neighborhood

An early morning incident has generated a large police presence in Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood.Police were first called to the Boulevard of the Allies and Jumonville Street shortly after 3 a.m.More than 90 minutes later, they remained at the scene.Both Pittsburgh police and Pennsylvania State Police were on scene.The nature of the incident was not immediately known.
