SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio. (WSAZ) – A 94-year-old man that went missing in Scioto County Monday has been located in Pennsylvania, according to the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
Lewis Maynard was found in Erie, PA. Family members say Maynard has been showing signs of dementia.
He went missing Monday morning, and his family is on their way to Pennsylvania now to pick him up.

SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio. (WSAZ) – The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a man last seen in Scioto County.
Lewis Maynard, 94, has the beginnings of dementia. He is 5′10 and has gray hair.
Maynard drove away from his home at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 12, and has not returned. He was driving a tan-colored 2006 Ford Taurus.
Deputies say Maynard is without his required medication.
The incident took place on Piatt Road in West Portsmouth.
