On Saturday the Cheetah West 14 and under team, composed of all Chautauqua Lake students, competed in a 12-team tournament at Erie Sports Center. They went unbeaten in their pool by defeating Fort LeBoeuf White, 716 United and PO1NT Volleyball Club. In the gold bracket, they defeated General McLane 25-13, 25-16 in the quarterfinals. In the semifinals they beat previously unbeaten Corry 25-15, 25-15. In the championship match, they defeated previously unbeaten Fort LeBoeuf Blue 25-19, 25-14.
