YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A winning Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $100,000 was sold in the Midstate this week.

According to the PA Lottery, a Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in York County sold a winning Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $100,000 for the Wednesday, January 14 drawing.

The ticket was sold at Twin Pine Farm Country Store in North Codorus Township. The retailer will receive $500 for selling the ticket, per the lottery.

The PA Lottery said the ticket matched all five white balls drawn, 6-24-39-43-51, and the red Powerball® 2 to win the prize.

Winners have one year from the game’s drawing date to claim prizes. The PA Lottery said winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and contact the PA Lottery to learn more.

More than 20,900 other tickets won prizes in the drawing, according to the PA Lottery.
