Once owned by President Rutherford B. Hayes, Mouse Island spans about seven acres of wooded land just off the coast of Catawba Island in Port Clinton (about an hour East of Toledo), according to the property listing. Zoned for private use, the property is still within reach of attractions such as Cedar Point and the Lake Erie Islands.
