PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — It’s the end of an era here at Action News.
On Thursday, we celebrated our 6abc President and General Manager Bernie Prazenica one last time.
The Action News newsroom gathered for a retirement sendoff. Bernie spent the past 17 years at the helm, making him the longest-serving president and general manager here at WPVI.
His career at 6abc began in 1982 in the sales department.
Bernie reflected on the legacy he leaves behind and recognized the hard work and dedication of our team.
