There is soft, padded flooring throughout the facility, along with play sets, small slides, climbing apparatus, ball pits, bouncy items and sensory toys, among other features.

“Give your kids the space they need to climb, slide, and explore!” a post on the business’ Facebook page.

“Our soft play environment is designed specifically for little ones to play safely. With 3 rooms of slides, ball pits, climbers, and non-stop excitement designed for kids 5 and under, it’s the perfect place to burn off some energy.”

Little Steps also features a party room, where children can enjoy pizza, cake and other refreshments during birthday parties and other private functions.

The facility is open 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and open-play sessions are $10 for 90 minutes.

Children must wear grip socks, which can be purchased on-site and worn on return visits. If they already have grip socks from other venues such as trampoline parks, they may wear those, Szaro said.

The facility also features a complimentary coffee and tea bar.

“At Little Steps Soft Playland, we’ve created a safe, clean, and cozy indoor space where little ones can climb, explore, and play — one soft step at a time!” a message on the business’ website reads.

“Designed especially for children ages 5 and under, our playland encourages imagination, movement, and laughter in a stress-free environment. Whether you’re here for open play, a birthday celebration, or just some rainy-day fun, we’re so glad you stopped by to make memories with us.”
