I-78 closes for several hours following 12 car pile-up in Berks County

GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) — I-78 in Greenwich Township, Berks County was closed for six hours following a big pileup on the slick roadway.

Video shows that visibility was greatly reduced as the snow fell.

Twelve vehicles piled up in the westbound lanes of the highway right around 8 a.m. Saturday.

No word if anyone was seriously injured.
