The NWS says very cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero are expected. Officials say to exercise caution while traveling outside and make sure to wear appropriate clothing, such as hats, gloves, and scarves. Due to cold temperatures, the city of Pittsburgh will activate warming centers on Tuesday. The centers will be located at the Health Active Living Centers in Beechview, Greenfield, Homewood, Sheraden, and the South Side.
