PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania State Police has issued an arrest warrant for a Newport man facing strangulation charges after a reported domestic incident in January involving a minor.
The incident happened around 9:45 p.m. Jan. 15 on Shermans Valley Road in Tyrone Township, where PSP said William DePetris, 38, reportedly strangled a 5-year-old.
DePetris is facing charges of strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a state police report.
