December’s record pushed Pennsylvania iGaming to $3.46 billion in gross revenue for all of 2025, a new record by 27.7% compared to 2024’s $2.71 billion.

Breaking Down Pennsylvania Online Casino December 2025 Revenue

December of 2024 saw Pennsylvania put up a strong new monthly record as well, yet last month topped that by over $43 million.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board provided the latest numbers, highlighting their adjusted gaming revenue. That total removes promotional dollars from the gross revenue total. The adjusted revenue in December was $259.7 million.

The PGCB also lists their iGaming revenue by licensee. Online casino gaming launched in the state in 2019 with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate in the state. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Many of these licensees are affiliated with more than one online casino brand in Pennsylvania. However, their revenue is reported collectively.

Here’s a look at the gross gaming revenue numbers by licensee for December.
