A man was found with a gunshot wound to the torso in Allegheny County, Tuesday night. Dispatchers in Allegheny County were notified of a shooting around Palisades Plaza in Rankin. When first responders arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the torso. The man was taken to a hospital, where he is in critical condition but stable.Detectives are investigating.
