Lucas Lesko scored 26 points to lead Wilkes University to a 75-45 win over the University of Scranton in a Landmark Conference men’s basketball game Wednesday night at the Marts Center.

Scranton Prep graduate Daniel Santaniello contributed 18 points for the Colonels, who snapped Scranton’s 11-game winning streak.

Lesko added seven rebounds and three assists, Eli Becker had 10 points and five rebounds and Jack Argento had a game-high nine rebounds for Wilkes (10-6 overall, 5-4 conference).

Sammy Tornabene paced Scranton with 12 points and six rebounds. John Spatola added eight points, and Abington Heights grad Will Marion had five points and three assists for the Royals (12-2, 7-2).

Marywood 78, Neumann 68: Collin Himmelberg scored 23 points as the Pacers improved to 10-6 overall and 3-2 in the Atlantic East Conference to pull into a three-way tie for third place in the standings.

Old Forge grad Joe Macciocco made four 3-pointers and finished with 20 points and Michel Loftin added 15 points for Marywood. The Pacers’ Shilo Bivins had nine rebounds, and Ty Cheney added six assists.

Penn State Brandywine 95, Keystone College 82: Amari Little scored 27 points on 8-of-11 shooting, including 5-of-6 from 3-point range, to lead the winners. Ja’bri White added 25 points and nine rebounds, while Ahmaar Godhania chipped in 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting from deep. Jaden Fogg had six points, 12 rebounds and seven assists for Penn State Brandywine.

Jden Golding led Keystone with a game-high 24 points and eight rebounds, going 7-for-9 at the free throw line. Ahmodrion Jones finished with 19 points, PJ Murphy added 14 points and four rebounds and Scott also scored 14 points off the bench.

Jeramiah Maxwell-Lawus contributed seven points and three rebounds, while Demetrius Thomas grabbed a team-high six rebounds for the Giants.

Women’s basketball

Holy Cross grad Kaci Kranson scored 16 points and had four rebounds to lead the second-ranked University of Scranton to an 80-28 win over Wilkes University in a Landmark Conference game at the Marts Center.

The Lady Royals built a 44-11 lead at the half.

Megha Lamanna added 11 points, Western Wayne grad Kaeli Romanowski had seven points, six rebounds and five steals and Katie Gorski scored seven points and had six rebounds for the Lady Royals, who improved to 16-0 overall and 9-0 in the Landmark.

Yamirelis Matos led Wilkes with nine points.

Penn State Brandywine 63, Keystone 44: At Brandywine Commons Gym, Jazmyn Kemp had a game-high 15 points and 16 rebounds to lead PSU Brandywine.

Krista Cortazar (Mid Valley) led Keystone with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting, including three 3-pointers. Phaneirra Barnett added 10 points and a team-high eight rebounds, while Hackett finished with six points and five rebounds. Tayana Bibbins chipped in seven rebounds off the bench, and Angelise Sanchez contributed four points for the Giants (3-16, 2-6 United East).
